Normally air cooled system is designed at 35°C ambient temperature and successful in Europe only. In scorching heat of summer when temperature rises above 35°C , the cooling capacity of air cooled system starts decreasing and electrical consumption will increase which gives us dual loss.
On the other hand, water cooled system is designed at all temperatures and does not depend on air ambient temperature and therefore give 100% tonnage capacity irrespective of the environmental temperature conditions.
