Fan
Coil Units
Fan Coil Units (FCUs) are HVAC devices used to control the temperature of indoor spaces by circulating air over a water-based heating or cooling coil. They consist mainly of a fan, a heat exchanger coil, an air filter, and a condensate drain, and they operate by drawing room air through the coil and returning conditioned air back into the space. FCUs typically use chilled water for cooling and hot water for heating, which is supplied from a central chiller or boiler. They are commonly installed in residential buildings, hotels, offices, and hospitals because they provide quiet operation, energy efficiency, and individual room temperature control. However, fan coil units usually provide little or no fresh air, so they are often used together with a separate ventilation system, and they require regular maintenance to ensure proper performance.
- We import units from Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia & Europe economically and efficiently with quality assurance.
